TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PASSWORD SECURITY: You shall select and use only strong passwords and keep them confidential. We will not be liable for any unauthorized access or activity using your password, unless caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
PAYMENT TERMS: All payments made through the Services are non-refundable except as otherwise provided in these Terms or required by applicable law. You understand that we may change payment methods and fees at any time without notice.
WAGERING LIMITS: We reserve the right to impose wagering limits on your account, including but not limited to daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits and loss limits. We will notify you of changes to these limits, which shall be deemed accepted by you upon continued use of the Services.
RESponsible GAMBLING: You acknowledge that gambling can cause addiction or financial difficulties. If you experience such problems, we encourage you to seek help from a responsible gambling organization.
LIABILITY LIMITATION: Our liability for any damages, whether under these Terms or applicable law, shall be limited in accordance with the laws of our jurisdiction and such limitations may not apply in all cases.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our jurisdiction. Any claims must be brought within one year from the date they arose, unless otherwise provided for in applicable law.
GOVERNING LAW: These Terms shall be governed exclusively by and construed according to the laws, without regard to its conflicts of law principles or any other state's laws that may apply.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, representations, warranties, conditions, commitments, covenants, and whether express, implied, written or oral.
SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, unlawful, void or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed from the rest of the agreement and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
ASSIGNMENT: These Terms may not be assigned by you to a third party without our prior written consent.
NOTICES: Any notice or other communication required or permitted under these Terms shall be in writing, sent to your registered email address with us, and deemed received on the same business day if delivered electronically; otherwise, delivery is complete upon receipt.
GOVERNING LANGUAGE: English language version of this Agreement will prevail in case of any discrepancies between different languages.
